 Troop
10 will engage in a High Adventure canoe trip Aug. 2-5,
2012. The trip will take about 12 scouts to the St. Croix
River in Maine, with entry at Vanceboro and exit at Kellyland (see map).
Preparation
will include water safety training at the swimming pool at
Maloney High School, canoe slalom experience at Beaver Pond
during April - June and paddling training on the Quinnipiac
River commencing at Red Bridge during May - June.
